Terms of Service

1. Agreement

GraceLearn is a free study app operated by Graceworks House (Graceworks Group). By registering, signing in, or using GraceLearn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who may use GraceLearn

GraceLearn is for learners studying South African CAPS, Cambridge, and related school work. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should supervise your account and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate grade and subject information so practice and notes match your work.
• Do not share one account between multiple learners unless we explicitly allow it.
• We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or misuse the platform.

4. Study content and licence

Notes, questions, labs, and marking on GraceLearn are for your personal study only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or republish GraceLearn content, or use it to build a competing product. Official WCED, DBE, and Cambridge PDFs remain the property of their publishers; we show them for study where permitted.

5. Practice, tests, and the AI tutor

• Marks and feedback are for learning — not official exam or school results.
• The chat tutor can make mistakes. Always check important work with your teacher or textbook.
• Do not rely on GraceLearn as your only preparation for exams or assessments.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass others, attempt to break or overload the service, upload harmful code, impersonate someone else, or use GraceLearn to cheat in live exams or help others cheat. Admin and mentoring staff may review learner activity where needed for support, marking, or safeguarding.

7. Privacy and cookies

We store learner progress, submissions, and optional contact details as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes and availability

GraceLearn is provided on a best-effort basis. Features, subjects, and content may change, pause, or be removed. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graceworks Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of GraceLearn, including exam results, lost study time, or reliance on AI feedback.

10. Graceworks House services

Purchases on the main Graceworks House bookstore and other non-learn services are covered by the Graceworks House Terms of Service.
